2026-2027 Registration

- Welcome to the 2026-2027 Faith Formation registration form! Please read all directions carefully.
  
  Registration fees cover program expenses. If a family should be in need of discounted or waived registration fees please contact the parish office prior to registering. The current Faith Formation Program tuition cap, not including the Sacrament Programs, is $330. If you pay more than that, please contact the parish office.
  
  Classes will start September 9th, 2026. The Atrium classroom (Catechesis of the Good Shepherd) will be meeting Wednesday later afternoon from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. Grades 1-11 will be meeting Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 7:15 pm. We look forward to another amazing year sharing the richness of the Catholic faith with the children of our parish!

  Volunteer Commitment
  
  To make our program a success, parents are expected to complete at least one volunteer slot per registered child. For example, a family with three children in the program needs to fill three volunteer slots over the course of the school year. Catechists, subs, and aids automatically fulfill this requirement.
